- Supabase — Provides authentication and database services. Your account data and conversation history are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- Stripe — Processes payment transactions. We do not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
4. Audio Recordings
When you use the conversation practice feature, we access your device's microphone to record your speech. These recordings are:
- Sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text transcription
- Not stored permanently on our servers after processing
- Used solely for the purpose of providing language learning feedback
You can deny microphone access at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the app's conversation practice functionality.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
