Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all data associated with it, including:

Your profile, email, and authentication credentials
Saved words, phrases, decks, and conversation history
Learning progress, streaks, achievements, and placement test results
Subscription and billing metadata (payment card details are never stored by us)

This cannot be undone.

Already signed in on the app? The fastest way to delete your account is in the app itself: go to Settings > Delete account. It takes effect immediately.

If you don't have the app installed, or can't sign in, submit a request below using the email address on your account. We will delete your account and confirm by email, typically within a few business days.
